Zu Punkt 1: Ja, sieht so aus.
Zu Punkt 2: Ehrlich gesagt: nein. Vintage spielt normalerweise größtenteils Kombodecks bzw. Kontrolle, da wird nicht viel angegriffen.
Zu Punkt 3: Leider ist es so, dass mehr oder weniger "vernünftige" Vintage-Decks (fast) immer gleich aussehen: P9 (Black Lotus etc.), Sonnenring (Sol Ring), Lotusblüte (Lotus Petal), Willenskraft (Force of Will), sonst noch die halbe Restricted-Liste und eine bzw. zwei Winoptions. Natürlich ist das nicht immer so, es gibt z.B. auch Burn, Goblins oder Suicide...
Ich weiß nicht, was die Leute in Dülmen spielen, aber ich bezweifle, dass Du eine Chance haben wirst.
Gehe die Deckliste nochmal durch, verbessere alle falschgeschriebenen Namen, dann finden sich bestimmt mehrere Leute, die Dir helfen wollen / werden.
[PS: Bevor es hier Beleidigungen hagelt: Ja, ich weiß, dass Vintage-Decks auch mal anders aussehen können, aber es ist doch wohl so, dass in der Regel die Decks P9, FoW, Sol Ring etc. beinhalten...

[Fehlerhaft sind noch: Ebene (Plains), Verdopplungskubus (Doubling Cube) und Rakdos-Schlachtstätte (Rakdos Carnarium), nur so am Rande  . Achja, das Deck hat 125 Karten, nicht 117.]
Kein Problem. Aber hier mal ein paar allgemeine Tipps:
1. Versuche die Anzahl der Karten möglichst auf dem Minimum oder nah am Minimum von 60 Karten zu halten - dies erhöht die Chance, die Karten, die Du wirklich brauchst, auch zu ziehen.
2. Versuche ein (und bestenfalls wirlich nur ein) klares Ziel zu verfolgen. Der Sinn dieses Decks ist es wohl, den Gegner am angreifen zu hindern - also versuche diese Strategie weiter zu verfolgen! Getarnter Agent (Sleeper Agent) ist doch hierfür eine gute Karte (Du spielst sie ja bereits einmal). Für  verliert der Gegner immer Leben, und kann bestenfalls nicht einmal angreifen.
Für beide Punkte zusammen ein paar Vorschläge:
Raus:
4x Nesselrankenfäule (Nettlevine Blight), sonst opfert der Gegner einfach den Agenten.
4x Duellierplatz (Dueling Grounds) Grün sollte meiner Meinung nach raus.
4x Muse des Samenflugs (Seedborn Muse) s.o.
4x Eintrübender Schrecken (Roiling Horror) Mag ein guter Finisher sein, aber selbst wenn Grün raus ist, spielst Du noch dreifarbig - damit kannst Du die -Suspend-Kosten wohl zu selten bezahlen.
3x Apostel der Gruft (Disciple of the Vault) In diesem Deck mMn. relativ sinnlos.
2x Urzas Rüstung (Urza's Armor) Wenn Du nicht angegriffen werden kannst, kriegst Du auch gegen die meisten Decks keinen Schaden.
3x Sonnentröpfchen (Sun Droplet) Wenn Du nicht angegriffen werden kannst, kriegst Du auch gegen die meisten Decks keinen Schaden.
2x Gedankenanordnung (Thoughtcast) Du spielst zu wenig Artefakte, um Gedankenanordnung (Thoughtcast) für wenig Mana spielen zu können.
1x Schreckliche Mahnung (Grim Reminder) Gegen die meisten Gegner wohl nicht zu gebrauchen.
1x Azusa die Suchende (Azusa, Lost but Seeking) Grün sollte meiner Meinung nach raus. Außerdem eine Anti-Synergie mit Mishras Ankh (Ankh of Mishra).
1x Rückforderndes Brüllen (Roar of Reclamation) Zu teuer.
1x Kulturaustausch (Cultural Exchange) Die Karte nützt eigentlich eher was, wenn Du viele Spielsteine produzieren kannst oder Bronzene Sexbombe (Bronze Bombshell) spielst.
1x Tür ins Nichts (Door to Nothingness) Wie willst Du die Kosten bezahlen?
10x Wald (Forest) Grün raus.
1x Simic-Wachstumskammer (Simic Growth Chamber) Grün raus.
Damit wären wir schon bei 83 Karten. Meiner Meinung nach muss noch viel raus (vllt. ganz Weiß?), damit danach mehr Platz für weitere Karten ist. Ich würde Dich, in Deinem eigenen Interesse, bitten, diese von mir vorgeschlagenen Änderungen so oder so ähnlich am Deck durchzuführen, damit wir Leser einen genaueren Überblick haben. Außerdem würde ich Dich gerne darum bitten, Deine Deckliste etwas zu ordnen - Kreaturen (Anzahl): ... Hexerein & Spontanzauber (Anzahl): ... Länder (Anzahl): ... etc.

Ja, so sieht es doch schon mal weit besser aus. Du solltest aber möglichst noch weiter verkürzen, damit Du auf etwa 22-24 Länder und eine Gesamtkartenzahl von etwa 60 kommst .
