Elfen mal anders: Keine Tokens, dafür Carddraw

Deckidee/Strategie: Dieses Deck ist zum Beginn meiner Magic-Karriere entstanden, als meine Sammlung noch sehr wenige Karten umfasste. Trotzt mangelnder Karten wollte ich unbedingt ein Deck um den Frisch gezogenen Kriegssänger aus Joraga (Joraga Warcaller) bauen. Gesagt getan, ich suchte mir die besten Elfen meiner Sammlung zusammen und kleisterte sie in ein Deck, wobei der Kriegssänger eigentlich meine einzige Siegesoption darstellte. Ich besaß leider nur ein Exemplar, und ich war Prizipiell dagegen, Einzelkarten im Internet zu bestellen. Die sonstigen Zaubersprüche waren also Carddraw, um auch ganz sicher an meinen Sänger heranzukommen.
Als ich dieses Deck zum ersten mal spielte, wurde mir klar: ich hatte den Wald vor lauter Bäumen nicht gesehen: ein Deck, welches billige Kreaturen, Carddraw, Tribaleffekte und Manabeschleunigung in einem bot, war spaßig und erfolgreich.
Im laufe der Zeit wurde der Schwerpunkt des Decks immer wieder verschoben: mal mehr Tribaleffekte, dann hin und wieder mehr Carddraw, und im Sommer 2010 ist dieses Deck dann schließlich zu einer monogrünen Tokenmaschine verkommen. Dadurch ging leider einiges an Spielspaß verlohren, deshalb beschloss ich, zu meinen Wurzeln zurückzukehren: einige Karten frischten das alte Format auf: Elfischer Erzdruide (Elvish Archdruid), Makelloser Magistrat (Immaculate Magistrate) und Baumflüsterer aus Joraga (Joraga Treespeaker) runden meine Strategie ab.
